This is "the most beautiful path in the world": a trail between the sea and the mountains with breathtaking views

The island of Capri is brimming with natural beauty, centuries-old history, and glamour. Located in the Bay of Naples, it boasts the remains of the Roman emperors' grand villas, beautiful coastal landscapes, luxurious hotels and restaurants , beaches with turquoise waters, and interesting architecture from different eras.
As if that weren't enough, this island in the Tyrrhenian Sea is home to what many consider "the most beautiful road in the world." Called the Via Krupp , it winds along the edge of a cliff and offers breathtaking, yet vertiginous, views.
The Krupp WayTo access the Via Krupp, we must head south of the island, specifically to the Certosa di San Giacomo , a monastery dating back to the Middle Ages. Next to it are the Giardini di Augusto , beautiful gardens filled with Mediterranean plants overlooking the rugged coast of Capri.

The trail begins from these panoramic terraces, leaving us with the high cliff face on one side and the precipice on the other, always accompanied by breathtaking panoramic views . The path continues downward, zigzagging through hairpin bends to negotiate a 100-meter drop and reach the lively Marina Piccola area, full of beaches, restaurants, and hotels.
Both the Giardini di Augusto and Via Krupp were built by the German industrialist Friedrich Alfred Krupp in the early 20th century. Until 1918, they were called Krupp Gardens, but later changed to their current name as they were built on ancient Roman settlements.
As for the road, Krupp had it built so he could comfortably get from the hotel where he was staying, the Grand Hotel Quisisana , to the Marina Piccola, where he had a luxurious yacht moored , which he used for his marine biology research.
